Pay attention to non-metallic expansion joints during use:

2. If there is welding during the installation, pay attention to maintaining the insulation layer of the expansion joint, especially the outer skin of the compensator is easily ignited by the burns of the falling welding slag.
3. The fabric expansion joints have strong temperature resistance during the operation of the device, but attention should be paid to prevent the ignition of open flames.
4. Fabric compensator should consider the highest temperature resistance before placing an order. Low-temperature non-metallic compensators mainly use silicone cloth skins, and high-temperature non-metal corrugated expansion joints mainly use fluorine rubber cloth skins.
5. Pay attention to corrosion protection when non-metal expansion joints are used in desulfurization towers, and replace the skin regularly when used in high conflict environments.
