Structural Features
One end of the directional protection tube of the unconstrained expansion joint is welded to the main directional plate, the guide tube contained in the directional protection tube is welded to the other side of the directional protection tube through the secondary directional plate, and the positioning plate is welded to the directional protection. Therefore, the unconstrained corrugated compensator has the support and orientation performance, while the positioning plate protects the corrugated tube from being flattened.
It is used for the axial compensation of the pipeline. It has a large amount of compensation and has self-guided and bending resistance. It can simplify the design of the pipeline guide bracket, so that the spacing of the guide bracket can be adjusted arbitrarily. The distance between the fixed brackets can be adjusted arbitrarily.
